We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. That’s why we offer a 14-day 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise with all tags attached within 14 days for an exchange or refund. Any credits or charges will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase unless you instruct us otherwise. Please allow us 7-10 business days to receive and process your return.
How to Return Items:
Please email us at KAsales@live.com to inform us of the item and reason you wish to return/exchange and will will advise on how to process the return/exchange.
Important notes about returning undergarments
Prepackaged items that were opened are not resellable, therefore they are not returnable.
- Please make sure all tags and packaging are intact, and that items are packaged to protect their shape.
- By law, intimate garments containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been worn or tried on. Please try these items on over your own underwear.
- We suggest you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your purchase. These can leave marks or scents, which may make the item non-returnable.
- We also ask that, due to the delicate molded structure of bra cups, you return items in a protective box to insure a full credit.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations.
Shipping fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Exchanges will be charged a $5.00 shipping fee for the replacement item.
Errors or Damaged Merchandise
In the unlikely event you receive damaged or incorrect items, simply email us and request a pre-paid label. Upon receipt of the label, return the item(s) along with a note of explanation. Our mistake will cost you nothing.
